Q: “I am interested in booking and would like to know how I can pay my deposit?”
A: All thats required is to fill out the request for information form to provide us with the details we need. We can then, if your happy, send over the terms and conditions regarding you’re booking. Once your happy, e-sign the document and email it back to us. We will then issue you with your login details for your online account with us, you can then make a payment deposit and subsequent payments via this portal.
Q: “How can I book with New Level Entertainment?”
A: Simply visit the website and fill out the request for information form. Once we have the details we will be in touch via the method you have requested. Q: “How can I accept a quote you’ve sent me?”
A: You can accept a quote and book with us by e-signing the Terms & Conditions that are attached to your quote and using the login details you will receive, login to your account and make a deposit payment to secure you’re booking.
Q: “What factors can I expect to change the price I might pay for Disco hire?”
A: There a different situations we need to consider when booking a customer on our busy working schedule. When enquiring with us we will have to consider the levels of bookings we have confirmed at this time. We may be required to offer an early setup else where in the widened area for example. This might cause a fluctuation in the price. By this, it may mean that as we are already in the area we might be in the position to offer a discounted rate? Q: “What can I expect my DJ to wear when setting up and performing for us?”
A: All our DJ’s are issued with the same black uniform. We will wear all black attire with a small logo on the polo top.
Q: “What will my DJ need upon arrival?”
A: All that the DJ will require is two main sockets and thats it. We carry all our equipment with us that we may require.
Q: “Can I pay my DJ on the day of my event?”
A: We do recommend that all outstanding payments are made a week before the event. This not only good practice but also offer security for both all parties involved.
Q: “Will my DJ accept song requests on the night?”
A: Yes as the customer, if you’ve allowed us to accept song request from guests this isn’t a problem. As long as we have the song in our library we can play it. It suggested that should you allow your guest to make song requests that you utilise the ‘online guest song request system’ to ensure you get exactly what you want?
Q: “What time will my DJ arrive to set up?”
A: If you haven’t requested an early set up then will look to arrive at least one hour prior to the start time of you event. We can usually set up in less than an hour but we allow this time frame to allow for any eventuality. If you do require an early set up then we can offer a range of times to suite your needs.
